The delivery will be made within Germany (Germany) and to the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Greece, Great Britain, Finland, France, Ireland, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Croatia.
Shipping to German islands is excluded.

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We calculate the shipping costs according to the order value (gross value of goods):
Within Germany, we deliver free of shipping costs from an order value of EUR 25,-. If we deliver your order in several parts for technical reasons, we will of course only charge the shipping costs once.
ISLAND SURCHARGE GERMAN ISLANDS
For delivery to German islands we charge an island surcharge of 15,00 EUR with DPD. The island surcharge does not apply for DHL shipping.
From an order value of 25,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.
For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding) we charge as follows:
forwarding agency (e-bikes): free of charge

Delivery times
As far as in the respective offer no other period is indicated, the delivery of the commodity takes place in the inland (Germany) within 1 - 2 daysn, with foreign deliveries within 2 - 8 daysn after contract conclusion (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
