The ben-e-bike must fit its rider - so please measure the following values with your child and compare them with the recommendations for the respective model:
- Battery performance in "Wh" (watt-hours)
The power of pedelec batteries is usually expressed in "watt-hours". The value depends on the current flow at which this value was determined. The greater the current flow, the lower the value determined. We determine the battery performance according to the manufacturer of the battery cells at a constant current of 1.34 amperes. This discharges the battery to its lower switch-off threshold. As the number of charge/discharge cycles increases, the battery performance is reduced.
